I used to do until I stopped taking my phone around with me since I never really used it to call/text people anymore. I should probably start again.

I am a college sophomore. My current major is social work with a minor in psychology. However, I am contemplating changing my major to psychological marketing.
I've had 3 deaths of people close to me in the last 6 months; getting close to having 4.
I feel like I have the emotional tolerance of a 5 year old. I'm on a long journey to fix my mental health. So bear with me if I seem emotional or uncaring. Before all of this happened, I was a very nice, empathetic person. I still try to be, but it doesn't always come across like I am.
