I FOUND SOMETHING TO DO INSTEAD when I want to, I instead eat a healthy food that I hate the taste of (e.g spinach, brussel sprouts) and tell myself that I deserve the foul taste... if i want to see the blood, i just get a pen or red lipstick or something and draw a mark on my arm... c: Lol
