I wrote a little something. I'm calling it a poem, although I'm not sure it can be called a poem!
I wrote it today in class because I was bored (I had finished early). I think it's really good, considering I did it in only 10 minutes or something.
Please tell me any names that you think would suit it!
Well, here goes!
"A blood curdling scream shatters the peaceful, dark night.
A police siren howls throughout the empty darkness.
Footsteps crush the frosted grass.
Shouts echo through the humid air.
Run?
Hide?
Or stay and be caught?
Confusion.
Fear.
Anger.
Betrayal.
Questions.
But no answers.
The thread between life and death growing thinner for many.
Some will have luck.
Some won’t.
But that’s life.
Some are lucky.
Some aren’t.
It depends on us what to do with it.
Like it depends on them what to do with theirs.
What is it worth?"
