Depends how clean the washroom and how busy a place.
I'm not sure if I'm wording this question right so if not feel free to ignore it. 
Would you ever have sex at a friend's house with someone else who is staying over? (ie you, that friend, and someone else sleeping over and having sex with that other person who doesn't live there)
