Where do you self-harm (in your house)?
In my bedroom, the bathroom, the shower
Where do you self-harm (on your body)?
My stomach, thighs, hips and sometimes my upper arms.
How often do you self-harm?
Used to be everyday a while ago but for about a year or so I've only harmed every so often; usually a month or two (one four month time) between times of harming. I'm really attempting to quit but it is really hard for me and I doubt myself a lot.
It depends. Usually one to three. I sometimes make multiple cuts but they are due to not wanting to go deep. I keep all of my cuts shallow as much as possible because they heal quicker and they do not scar as much as the deeper ones. When I was harming rather badly in high school, I'd make one cut usually but it would be deep.

What time of day do you usually self-harm?
Usually at night but I have during the day and in the morning as well.

Where do you keep the things you use to self-harm?
In a drawer, sometimes I carry things with me.

Have you ever had to go to hospital/got an infected wound/needed help afterwards?
I thought of asking to go to the hospital a couple of times when my harming was a lot worse in middle and high school but I never did. I just kept a really close watch on my cuts and kept them clean to prevent infection. I should have probably gone to the hospital but I didn't want anyone noticing so I kept this to myself.

"i don't care your intentions. I just want you to know my self-hatred never took me where I wanted to go. At the end of the day...I can pick at the pain but I can't cut it away."
