My ex-friend messaged me and told me she was in treatment for her
ED, and she was actually trying to eat. She's been resisting treatment for over a year now, and this is the first tiny step she's shown towards recovery. I'm definitely not going back to our friendship after how much it hurt me, but it's nice to see some hope for her future. Also, it was the first time in 2 1/2 months that she said something that wasn't bitchy and awful to me.
