I just want to cut myself, and I cannot get rid of the compulsion. I've tried everything I could, like rubber bands and ice water, but nothing is helping!
I cannot do this act though because I signed a self harm contract today! The urge is overwhelming! Not even reading or listening to music is helping.
I just don't know what to do with myself!
I could go against the contract, no big deal, and just not tell my counselor....
