I agree with asking the person you signed it with what the consequences actually are. It may be something like speaking with your parents, but it's best to check into it first before you just assume.

I totally agree with Stelles though that you can explain to the person how much the no self harm contract is pressuring you and how you don't feel as if it is anything but a piece of paper. Maybe they can come up with another tactic to help you, if they know that what they are currently doing isn't working.
