I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. This isn't how it should be at all and I'm fucking up your birthday. I'm sorry. It's not fair and you deserve so much more than this. You're much greater and important to me than I can articulate. It keeps upsetting me that i havent made your birthday wonderful, because you so deserve it. I wrote you a letter but it sounded stupid. I'm sorry I'm like this especially when it's your birthday
I think i feel off today because I felt like a burden last night and (I cried silently for ages and I just wanted so strongly to hurt myself. I felt so bad and it was my fault. But I couldn't say that)
I wish I could say what I want to say, but often the words just won't get out of my mouth.
