I'm trying to stop cutting but it isn't working - November 9th 2014, 06:03 PM
I have been cutting for a few months now and I want to stop. Only thing is when I do decide to stop and I see a blade, I instantly start to cut with it again. Only two of my friends know about my cutting but I don't want to ask them for help.

Does anyone know any ways to get my mind off it or a way to just stop?
