Just don't do it. Seriously. It is the third or fourth time I have heard about it happening through friends and one of my friend's actually did this back in 2008. He quickly withdrew from Ohio State and went to a new university before it could potentially show up on his transcript.


Two nursing students were dismissed for faking doctor notes. A professor may decide to check to make sure that the note is valid! So fake an illness but don't fake a doctor's note.
