I think "Thinking negatively" is worded a bit better.
Maybe you can omit "when you are very committed" altogether?
You forgot to add a space after the paragraph right before "How to give support"
The sun is always gonna rise up
You need to get up, gotta keep your head up
Look at the people all around you
The way you feel is something everybody goes through
