i need help! im having a lot of temptation while im writing this message to you to look at porn. if i look at it i will become more depressed i know that im addicted to it, no question. this happends all the time, i look at porn, ask God to forgive me and help me to not do it again, then a couple days later im looking at it again. This is a BIG CYCLE i cant control. i dont want to hurt myself and my family anymore. please help. what should i do?
