Hi Nat,

I'm glad you've decided to reach out for help. First of all, I have moved this to Mental Health as I feel like you might get more/better responses there, and I also put a triggering prefix on it just to be safe.

When I was having trouble with school, I used my counselor as a tool to help me get through school. She was able to give me a lot of support with it.
