Hello,
So, I'm just done with trying to deal with my thoughts and whatnot.
I don't think I'll be able to go to the doctor for antidepressants, if I get diagnosed with depression or anxiety anytime soon.
Does anyone have any suggestions for pills or tablets that help reduce stress that can be bought over the till? Like things that I don't need to show my ID for. I'm turning 18 very soon so I'm not putting my life at risk by taking these stuff.
Fyi I live in the uk.
