If this is due in 3 weeks, why haven't I been billed yet? I'm tempted to pay ahead like I did last time because you take forever to process! I just paid you a month early for the amount I'm 99.9% sure I owe. If it's wrong, I'm considering it YOUR fault for not finding some way to TELL ME otherwise.
