Stupid, freaking landlord.

STOP showing the upstairs to people with multiple kids!!! Please. I need a good tenant, that ISN'T loud and causing me extra panic and stress. I may be a stay at home mom, but it DOES NOT mean that I can handle extra stess....good freaking grief. STOP IT.
