There's so much anger and I don't know where it's coming from. I don't know how to control it because I don't usually get angry, and I never stay angry. But it builds and builds. I don't know how else I feel or what's making me feel this way and it's frustrating. And people don't understand so they get frustrated. And it all pisses me off even more. I feel like I've lost myself. I'm not myself anymore. I just feel like I'm going fucking insane.
