I'm sorry to hear that telling your friend didn't help. That must've been devastating to hear and it makes sense that you would feel worse. You are at a real low point and need help.

Are you able to go back to the doctors and see if they can change your medication or offer you more therapy? It can take a while to get the right treatment for you but it's worth it. Don't forget that the Samaritans https://www.samaritans.org/ are always available to listen. I know it doesn't feel like it, but things got a bit better for you before and they can get better again.
