Your staff are completely incompetent and I'm probably more tolerant and resilient than a lot of people you see. If they pull this crap with a client in crisis, getting yelled at when you deserve it could be the least of your worries. If you're having that many issues, maybe you should take a medical leave until they're taken care of. Either way, it might be time to just see somebody else.
