I need time -

Hey,
I know I haven't been active at all recently and I thought I could come back and be active but I can't.
I have been sleeping most of the day everyday. My therapist is leaving and I am having a very hard time with that. I feel very disconnected to people right now.
So I have decided I need to think of myself first, so I have just put a request in for staff leave. I am not sure how long I will be on leave. I am hoping I will be back before the end of the year.
I will probably still be around, but may be asking for more advice then giving it.
