What goals have you made to getting more exercise? - I try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week to do Zumba and play on my ring fit at least 1-2 days per week.
Are you going to sign up for some sports or already signed up to some? - Nope!
What sports or physical activities are you wanting to try this Spring and Summer? - I'll stick to Zumba or walking probably.
Have you in the past done any sports or physical activities that you're wanting to take part in again? - More Zumba. Migraines stopped me for a while.
What kinds of physical activities do you most enjoy taking part in? - Again, Zumba haha. I like the music and muscle memory takes over so I know a lot of the moves unless it's a new song.
Are you part of a sports team at your school/College/University? - I graduated but I never was.
