Re: Will the Covid 19 ever end - February 4th 2021, 11:20 AM

I believe Covid in its various mutations will be with us for a very long time, except we now have an amazing and totally awesome bunch of super vaccines, many of which are still being produced. Vaccines for this nasty disease are knocking the stats down every day, so I'm okay with the fact that every year we'll be getting covid vacs much in the same way as many are getting flu-vacs. Covid vaccines, incidentally, are not mandatory. We all have a choice.

However, we may as well resign ourselves that Covid is going to remain with us, and accept the fact. And stop stewing about it. Because nobody is guaranteed longevity. For all we know we could be mowed down by a bus, so I think the best thing we can do is enjoy life until lockdown eases. Follow your government's guidelines, watch TV updates get a vaccine if you're offered and get on with living.
