We don't know for sure what she's going through until she tells you. The best way to go about this is to have an open conversation with her. Share your concerns with her and find out what's going on. It might be that she is yet to get anything confirmed about her pregnancy status. You both need to talk before you decide on what to do next.

But for now, it would be good if you could speak with her and find out what might've happened to her. It is clear that she is going through a tough time. She will definitely appreciate the care and concern you show her
