Start focusing on health and wellness long before my annual half-birthday crisis at the end of June.  
 
 I would like to focus on walking more; but, at the same time, not do so much that I burn myself out like last year.
 
 I would also like to focus on doing more strength training after I've gotten into a rhythm, and broaden out more.
