Looking for experiences with IOP - April 11th 2021, 09:40 PM
My prescriber recommended Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP) for me and I'm going for my intake Tuesday to see if I'm a good fit. It's all group therapy. Just looking for other people's experiences, positive and negative.
