In the evening, I'll be on my laptop replying to messages or maybe catching up with things on TeenHelp or just general browsing the internet. I'll have the TV on in the background. Then I'll help out with the dishes before brushing my teeth and getting dressed for bed. I make an effort to turn my phone off before I get into bed otherwise I'll never sleep
