4 years, I was one of your favorite coworkers, but you didn't even tell me you quit. I don't blame you for jumping ship, but that was a slap in the face.
If those theories are true, you hate yourself and are miserable. But, that doesn't mean I have to let you make me hate myself and be miserable.
