I was just wondering what your favourite ways of looking after yourself are?

For me I love to spend time outdoors in nature going for a walk or run, I try to go at least 3-4 times a week so I can stay active if I can. Now that it's starting to get chilly outdoors I also like to just lounge in front of some feel good TV with a hot drink too.
