I use wireless earbuds with the longer bit because I find them less fiddly! If they tend to fall out of your ears you could try sports style wireless earbuds, either that go over the ear like suggested, or that are joined by a wire and go around your neck - e.g: 
I don't buy a particular brand and usually find something cheap works for me.
