In my country the lowest we get is like -15 Celsius in winter, but even if it's just a chilly autumn/spring day, I can't imagine drinking frozen coffee. I only drink it in the summer when it's really hot

It gets pretty cold here too but I'm not really a fan of hot coffee. When I was in college I'd be walking between classes with my frappes or iced coffee and it would feel like my hands were freezing off.
