I'm so sorry you're going through this.
Do your parents/guardians take what's going on seriously? Sometimes it takes a guardian coming into the school for the school to really start taking things seriously. My parents would come in and set the administration straight if anything ever happened.
You might also have to go above your school administration's head and talk to the board of education, who oversees the schools in your district. Document what has happened and when for evidence.
