The absence of a no does not make it a yes. Just because he is your boyfriend doesn't mean he has the right to kiss you or touch you without your consent. Consent involves a clear, enthusiastic yes. You are not obligated to kiss someone or engage in any intimate activity just because you are dating the person. If you're acting like you're not interested in kissing, that is not enthusiastic consent. Try to give a clear no next time, but even so, you need consent to engage in intimate activities.

Is there anyone you can talk to about this, such as the teacher that you trust?
