I REALLY hope you ask for feedback about this, because I have answers and suggestions. You're not going to like them, but I have them. You have management experience, but NOT retail experience. I'm the opposite. I can be extremely valuable to working out a solution to this; but if you're going to continue to dismiss it, blame us, and threaten punishment, then you're going to sink, and I'm not going to go down with you.
