I can see that being embarrassing, but not necessarily the end of the world. If she was abusive with her punishments (such as calling you derogatory names or hitting you) that would be one thing. If it's of any reassurance I bet if anyone really was looking at you they've probably forgotten about it by now or haven't really brought it up since. It's not such an exciting/interesting thing where someone would go home and be like, "Wow, there was a person at the shops wearing a school uniform." They've probably stopped caring by now.
