I don't really understand why anyone would want to change their birthday. You cannot change your birthday like you can change your name. If you don't like the date it's on (for example, mine's between Christmas and New Year) then celebrate with your friends during the summer months. For me, I'd love to do a Summer Solstice/Half Birthday celebration. But yeah, no, I have no desire to "change" my birthday. Plus, if anyone was allowed to do this, it could cause a lot of legal issues especially when it comes to actual age.
