Re: A Natural Alternative to Artificial Sweeteners -

Corn syrup is natural too(though the high fructose variety has been modified). I dont have any medical conditions that force me to avoid sugar, so sugar is my "natural alternative" to artificial sweeteners. But not everyone can do that. This is not any healthier for people on low sugar diets than high fructose corn syrup. The vitamins likely dont add much because most people arent dangerously vitamin deficient. That is mostly just an advertising point.
If you want an actual natural sugar-free alternative to sucralose and aspartame, acquiring a taste for stevia is your only real option.
This is just cane sugar, which is nothing new or significantly healthier. It is like saying a Mexican coke is healthy but an American one isnt... the difference to health is actually negligible or non-existent entirely. At the end of the day, both are heavily sugared sodas.
Also, sucralose is just sucrose that has been chemically modified so that it provides no calories. Im not aware of a mountain of evidence that it is objectively unhealthy compared to sugar.
