The video itself is over 16 years old, so I would imagine if they did make him pay for it he would have paid it off by now, and I would imagine he served a prison sentence for it too, in some ways its sad because he might have been having a mental health crisis, I remember years ago there was an incident in my town where a lady walked into a supermarket and went to the clothing aisle and just started setting the clothes on fire it later tuned out she was having a mental health crisis and it was a cry for help from what I can remember she didn't get arrested but she was taken to hospital and then the right support was put in place, maybe similar was happening with this guy and he thought the tvs were like all watching him so he felt the only thing he could do was smash them up.
