So...to cut a long story short, i've met this girl. I've known her for quite a while and I have some kind of attraction towards her. So a few weeks back I found out that she has liked me for a while and so we have mutually agreed to get to know each other better and then possibly embark on a relationship. She has had numerous exes, male and female, but this would be my first ever relationship, so its a pretty big deal for me.

She knows this and seems to understand, it was our school's Prom tonight and I had decided a few months previously not to go, before I found out she felt the same. So she has gone on her own and she seemed pretty gutted when she found out i wasn't going and this made me feel incredibly guilty.

Anyway, the main point is that we've hung out on three occasions now, we've planned to meet tomorrow and next week over at hers. I'm wondering how exactly to smoothly make the transition between it just being a friendship to a relationship. I don't want to do things the conventional way and merely ask her out, anyone have any ideas. I'm getting close I think to the point I'll be ready, I do feel reasonably comfortable around her right now.
