could be extremely bad thrush.my symptoms where like that when i had thrush, my skin tore down there and everything, i went to the clinic and he told me thats what thrush does,it damages the skin and tissue down there, i was in agony, if it gets itchy and swells and has a smelly discharge but you haven't had sexual contact then it's most likely thrush.
but go ask your docter incase, there are a few infections you can get without being sexualy active, best to ask your docter.
