I hear this all the time, but I don't get it! Lots of female teenagers already have boobs and they dress provocatively. In general people, well usually men, are attracted to younger people. It seems completely normal to me. Younger usually means healthier, which means more chance of offspring (this takes place on an unconscious level of course). I do think it's generally distasteful/inappropriate for an adult to act on those feelings, but if they are just thinking it why criticize them?
