I just have to say though, we at disputes do make sure we punish the right person, we have full evidence and records of chat to look through, but I'm sorry you feel otherwise.
And the reason you are discouraged from 'speaking your mind' to trolls is because that's why they're here, to get a rise out of you. If you give them that, it's like feeding the pidgeons, they'll keep coming back for more and it will only exacerbate the problem.
