Is there anyone in particular that you like or that you've had your eye on?
And, yes, there are guys that actually will wait until you're ready to have sex. :P
And, don't worry about not dating anyone yet, my father's best friend never dated until she was 19, and her first boyfriend actually turned out to be her true love, and they've been happily married for 27 years now.
