There was recently someone in my area who was arrested for cutting the break lines on 4 vehicles. No one driving them was injured. The judge gave him the maximum sentence
1.5 years in jail
5 years probation
Driver's license revoked for Life
If we did this to all drunk drivers the world would be a better, safer, place. The judge compared the guy to a drunk driver which is why the sentece was so heavy.
