It's a never ending battle dear, and I think you know that. You need to eat, food is good for our bodies, it keeps us healthy and alive. I know the feeling of hunger is almost like a high sometimes, but it's not worth it, not at all.
Seeing a doctor would be best; for one they can tell you whether or not you need to lose weight, and they can tell you how to go about it in a healthier way, if you do need to lose weight. But honestly, trust your coworkers opinions Lydia. If they say you are not fat, chances are you are not fat. Often when we look in the mirror we can't see what we truly look like, and often the scale will never be low enough. You shouldn't weigh yourself more than once a week, but if you do, do it in the morning, your weight is most accurate then.
