I'm so sorry that he's saying these things to you. I don't know what to say--I don't have very supportive parents either, so I know how you feel.
Christmas indeed just seems to make everything harder--it's difficult to be happy when you see everyone else having a great time and then you have to deal with that sort of shit.
Surround yourself with friends and stay out of the house. It doesn't make you a juvenile delinquent if you're not home much: it makes you smart to stay out of his way. I know he's your dad and all and you would like to have a great relationship with him, but no one knows if that can happen. Until then, just love you for you and love your friends and the rest of your family.
