If your talking about health-wise then the only argument that anyone could give is the same argument as cigarettes....
Example: smoking isnt recommend while taking the pill because it affects cardiovascular system...
but many people smoke and take the pill anyway, and the pill is still given to many smokers.

They check your blood pressure every so often when you take the pill anyway so keep an eye on things like that.
