I hear avocado and olive helps (like mixed together and kept on your hair for like 30 mins - 1 hour)
The best thing would be to have a break from using hot things on your hear, and harsh chemicals, perhaps go a week end with out washing it as well. This would allow your natural oils to come back, which is also healthy for your hair.
