I know exactly what you're talking about. I've been there.
Some think it's okay, others not so much. It can definitely affect relationships. Again, some girls are okay w/it others not. If you're to lazy to watch all 20 mins of those videos, I'll summarize.
Basically, when it comes to addictions, the brain has 2 parts... You have the pre-frontal cortex, in which all your logic and reasoning occurs, as well as the remorse that comes afterwords.
Then there's the limbic system which contains the drive for the addiction. When something triggers you or turns you on, it releases chemicals all throughout the brain, which then "over ride" the part of you that want's to stop.
