cant hear ppl and there mad..... -

when theres alot of people i cant do anything.....i cant talk or think. its like my head feels like spinning.....and i cant hear to good when people talk to me...then they get mad or they keep saying something over and over but i really cant hear its hard. its scary and i dont know whats going on....and like i feel like i dont even know if im real? i cant feel alot of things i can kind of feel....but mostly its just alot of sound and it all comes in at one time...mostly this happens because of SPD i think.....things get confusing. ok thanks to anyone that writes back.
